The Xplore has dual canopies which rotate from front-to-back, providing adequate sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than other wagons. This isn't ideal for long drives or naps.

The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, however, it isn't able to bend as much as some other wagons that we tried. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the competitors, and it does not close tightly when folded. It is easy to move however, and can be able to fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents who want an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It was awarded an impressive score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and size folded which means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to move into a car trunk or closet. It also comes with an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and an integrated cup holder for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large hanging storage bags.

In our test of push and turn, it did better than many of the other cheap strollers we tested, but it's still not the most maneuverable on uneven ground or through doorways that are narrow. The sunshades are among the most compact we tested, with only direct overhead coverage, and no peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a significantly larger canopy.

It took us less than 3 minutes to put together the Delta using a standard manual. All of the components required tools. But, it's lacking some essential features that we believe you should not compromise on in a double stroller, like a large basket and reclining seats that have adjustable leg rests.

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi’s newest pushchair and is marketed as a travel system for urban use. It is suitable from birth until 3.5-years-old. The seat and carrycot can be converted easily with just a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats and comes complete with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-incar base, and a reversible car.

The seat reclines with one hand and the large shopping basket makes it easy for parents to take their child in and out. Despite being a narrow pushchair it handled the everyday bumps with ease and slid through doors without any fuss.

The front wheels can be locked into forward positions or allow them to rotate which can be helpful when crossing rough terrain. While walking on the stony path, we let them swivel and it performed well although it did seem more bumpy than the other models that we tested.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is a household name for their 3-wheeler, all-terrain jogging pushchairs, but they also have a wide selection of 4-wheel strollers. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is simple to use and folds small enough to fit into the car boot, even with the carrycot attached.

It's a little heavier than the other strollers we test, but the wheels are a rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It maneuvers expertly across different kinds of terrain, and it's also a breeze to lift even with two children and a shopping bag.

The seat and carrycot both have hoods that can be pulled down to reveal UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are strong and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams that can be blown back into toddlers faces.

It does not have much storage space, but it does have an ample basket that is deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or plenty of food. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat for babies who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are available separately). If you are looking for a stroller that can be used on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent option.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of a lot of parents when it first debuted. It's a stroller made of aluminum which can be used from the infant's first days until. It's got a few stand-out features including the possibility of flipping the seat between parent and the world, a large UPF 50+ canopy, an eye-shade that flips out as well as a large basket and adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are tough and foam-filled which minimises punctures. The chassis is equipped with built-in suspension that takes the sting out of rough terrain. Our tester found it smooth to push and was able to manoeuvre it through narrow streets without difficulty.

It folds in just four steps and locks automatically with no fuss. It can also be rolled and raised for easier transport down the stairs, or in the boot of the car. It also comes with a travel system equipped with the option to add a car seat and a carrycot using the adaptors that come with it. The brakes are simple to use with single sit and stand stroller action, colour coded and flip-flop compatible.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget single buggy pushchair (Https://articlescad.com) is extremely easy to use and has great dual suspension, one-hand fold and a practical carry strap. It's also extremely light and robust. The seat can be reclined into many positions and comes with a built-in double-breathable mattress that can be used for babies from birth.

The canopy/seat comes with two large sun visors that are either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal as it’s not as quiet as Velcro and could cause sleepy babies to wake up.

The Duet is a stroller that can be used side-by-side and can be configured to accommodate twins or siblings (up to a maximum of 22kg per seat). It's compatible with two infant car seats and even can be used with carrycots. In twin mode the seats can face each other or can turn around and face their parents, potentially decreasing sibling fights over who gets to sit with dad and mom. It has a huge gear tray, bottle holder, snack trays and a change mat. It also has a superior folding stand that folds down and a frame lock.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger that's ideal for parents who love to be active. It's among the lightest strollers you can purchase for your child. It also comes with excellent safety features such as a 5-point harness as well as a safety wrist strap. It also features a twist hand brake that's distinct from the lever-type that is found on other models.
